Please note that whilst OCG Solutions UK consists of Paralegals and indiviudals with lived experience of the Criminal Justice System, we are not a firm of solicitors, a barrister’s chambers, or a law firm. We do not provide statutory legal advice or formal legal representation regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) or the Bar Standards Board (BSB). 

2. Relationship with Appointed Legal Representation

Our advocacy, evidence analysis, and advisory services are designed to complement, support, and run alongside your formal legal team (solicitors and barristers). Our services do not replace the requirement for, or the advice of, a qualified legal professional in criminal or civil court proceedings.
